The Dvoryansky Hotel is located in the cultural and historical centre of Odessa, a 5-minute walk from the famous Deribasovskaya Street and the city's main attractions.
The hotel is located in a house-monument of Architecture with a rich historical heritage, built in 1874, at the address Dvoryanskaya, 18. The nobleman Alexander Petrovich Albrandt lived in this house in 1888. In 2021, a complete restoration of the building was completed. During the work, archival photographs were used, which made it possible to return the architectural beauty of the facade to the city. On August 1, 2021, the Dvoryansky Hotel received its first Guests.
